Release date: 2016-10-26

  • Sorting of the Wiki drop-down is now the same on the case pages and wiki / configuration pages
  • Fixed a crash when trying to put more than 255 characters in a text-type custom field
  • The Community Case List now excludes cases with no ticketurl
  • Fixed the sorting of the Assign-to dropdown in the Iteration Planner to make it alphabetical by name
  • Changed the default setting for debug profiling to off
  • The JSON API now includes the totalHits property. In both the JSON API and the XML API, count gives you the number of cases returned for your search or filter. totalHits tells you how many cases match the search or filter. This can be higher than count if you specified a max with your request
  • When a case event is very large (greater than 200,000 characters), FogBugz truncates it. There is now a link on the truncated event to fetch the whole thing.
    • If the event includes image data embedded in the body of a rich case event, that base64-encoded data is no longer shown in the truncated event
    • If the event is html/rich-formatted, the truncated version is now stripped down to plain text, instead of a mess of raw html
    • Events longer than 200,000 characters, are no longer truncated in the editor
  • Fixed the alignment of the BugzScout fields and legacy custom fields on the left side of the case view
  • Fixed a bug where drop-down menus sometimes appeared behind other elements when a case was shown in a lightbox
  • Updated the link for emailing updates into a public/community case to include the case title in the subject of the message
  • In the Community Case List feature:
    • The list is now sorted with most recently changed cases first
    • The legacy “Version” field has also been replaced with the correspondent in the columns shown
    • Added 10 most recent “My Cases” and link to all cases opened by Me
    • Fixed a bug where the link back to the case list from a single case view didn’t show as expected
  • Improved local traffic detection for restricting access to debug endpoints
  • Fixed a bug in the JSON API which caused large requests to fail
  • Fixed the opened cases by person links on the “Old Main Menu” page
  • Fixed a bug which caused some drop-down menus to show “undefined” when you first click on them
  • Removed the fade-in effect on the case event editor button to avoid a problem with jumpy scrolling in Google Chrome 53 for cases shown in a lightbox
  • Improved the installation process by removing manual steps: disabling the On Demand-only “cases@” mailbox, and removing the Kiln plugin
  • Fixed a bug that showed an invalid action in the XML API
  • FogBugz now supports checking Exchange Web Services mailboxes
  • XML API allows cmd=logon with token for validation even if authentication is set to oAuth only – fixes Trello integration for oAuth only sites
  • JSON API no longer returns array of duplicate ixBug when ixBug passed to “cols”
