  • Sped up loading the case list using the Cases header button for some situations
  • Disallowed free and disposable email provider domains for use in self-registration
  • Fixed various issues with the case lightbox including making its width match the non-lightboxed view, making sure it does not open with the page partly scrolled down, and drop-downs do not prevent scrolling of the case being viewed or edited
  • Fixed an issue where certain timezone settings caused the timesheet editor in the Working On menu to be blank
  • Fixed a bug which caused some cases with blank values for a custom drop-down field to be treated as set. This sorted them incorrectly and make searches for fieldname:”*” or -fieldname:”*” incorrect
  • Iteration Planner:
    • The search column which always showed on the left side of the screen has been replaced by the following features (see this blog post for details)
      • The ability to add a column showing any saved filter. This is useful if you want to triage cases in a filter into the correct milestones. Note that the cases listed exclude cases which match the filter but are not in the project currently shown in the Planner
      • The Add Case control (now a small + icon) lets you quickly add a new case directly to a milestone not only searching by title, but also by entering a filter name. You can browse the cases in the filter to find what you are looking for. When you are viewing a filter, you can also search by case title amongst just those filter results
    • When a global milestone is shown in a column, only the cases in the current project are displayed
    • The summary of total estimated time on cases in a column now correctly includes resolved cases which are still open (matching how the case list behaves)
    • Parent cases show an icon and the number of sub-cases they have
    • Fixed a bug where moving a case between status groups didn’t update the case’s status
    • You can now change the category of a case in-place. This is handy when you are creating new cases in the planner and do not want them to use the default category
    • Other fixes and tweaks including more responsive in-place edits
  • The new case form provides hint text with recommendations for creating good bug reports and feature requests
  • Fixed a bug where emails were sent with incorrect spacing between headers and the body text, causing problems with some receiving mail clients
  • Fixed a bug which caused changes in due date to be logged incorrectly in the case history
  • Better TLS support in Webhooks
